Daszy provides web design, development, Web3, and analytics services. Our platform allows you to inquire about projects, book services, and manage your account. Specific terms for custom projects will be outlined in individual agreements or statements of work.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card information. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds and disputes are subject to our policies and applicable payment processor rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform for any illegal purpose or to abuse, harass, or harm others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Daszy Studio owns the platform, branding, code, and content on this website. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without permission. Work delivered under custom project agreements is governed by those agreements.

8. Custom Development and Consulting

Custom development or consulting services are governed by separate agreements (such as Statements of Work or Client Services Agreements). In the event of a conflict, those agreements will control.

Any information or services provided are for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

We are not liable for delays or failure due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASZY TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
